Colours (poem)




COLOURS


Violet is the colour of arty ideas,
            This makes me innovative.
Indigo is the colour of deep blue,
            This makes me to find inmost mind.
Blue is the colour of calm and cool,
            This makes me comfort.
Green is the colour of happy,
            This makes me lively.
Yellow is the colour of sun,
            This makes me sunny and balmy.
Orange is the colour of fun,
            This makes me full vigorous.
Red is the colour of anger,
            This makes me impatience.
All these colours inside with me,
            Describes how to feel my life.

SMALL THINGS, GREAT CHANGE             In a village, there was a gigantic banyan tree. It was the sheltering place for all the birds and the squirrels. Once there was dense rain. All the birds had hidden themselves in their nests, except a squirrel and a bird. Both are very intimate friends. They ramble over the branches in the tree like a moon walk in the heavy rain. They happened to see the ant which was hazardous state; almost it was going to slip down from the branch. Both the friends run fast and saved the life of that ant.
